Whether the selection of pump and prime mover is appropriate not only directly affects the construction investment of the project, but also has a long-term impact on the future safety production, energy consumption, operation, inspection, maintenance, etc. Therefore, the selection of pump should be cautious, and full technical and economic comparison should be made.
(1)It is determined according to the purpose of the pump, the nature of the transmission medium, and the transmission conditions. Fully meet the production process requirements, and the flow, head (pressure), power, etc. of the pump must be compatible with the scheduled delivery task.
(2)Correctly handle the situation of "one pump for multiple purposes". For intermittent operation pumps, give priority to those closely related to production, give consideration to other operations, give full play to the efficiency of the pump and save investment.
(3)Stable and reliable operation, tight and durable sealing, small vibration, and low noise, ensuring a good operating environment.
(4)Meet the requirements of explosion-proof, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and ensure long-term safe operation.
(5)When transporting light oil products, centrifugal pumps are preferred when operating conditions permit; When the pump is required to have strong suction performance, a reciprocating pump, gear pump, screw pump, or sliding vane pump shall be selected; The pump used to pump the oil in the tank car needs to choose sliding vane pump, submerged pump or vacuum pump with centrifugal pump; When transporting occupational poisons (class I and II), shielded pump or magnetic pump shall be selected.
(1)Collect and sort out the basic data and data related to the physical properties of oil products, operation properties, process requirements, operating conditions, spontaneous combustion environment, machine, and pump product samples and system processes, horizontal (vertical) layout, pipe network direction, etc.
(2)Determine the delivery flow, estimate the total pressure drop of the pipeline, and determine the pump outlet pressure.
(3)The type and model of pumps shall be preliminarily selected, and the pump efficiency shall be high, the pump type shall be few, and the number of pumps shall be appropriate. Therefore, we should compare many schemes and choose the best one to achieve the economic effect of less investment and low operation costs. If necessary, the original process flow, the series-parallel combination of pumps, pipe diameter, etc. can be adjusted appropriately, and the material and sealing form of pumps should also meet the requirements of relevant standards.
(4)Check the working point of the system by the graphic method. The verification should not be limited to one operation, but also evaluate the selected pump according to several possible operations or different operating conditions. If the centrifugal pump is to be used to transport viscous oil, the performance parameters of the pump should be converted before. If the viscosity conversion coefficient of efficiency is less than 0.7, other types of pumps should be considered. If it is less than 0.45, screw pumps, reciprocating pumps, or other positive displacement pumps should be selected.
(5)Check the suction head of the pump and determine the installation height of the pump.
(6)Calculate the shaft power of the pump and check the motor power. The motor of the pump is generally matched with the pump to meet the use requirements. In case of abnormal conditions, the requirements should be put forward to the manufacturer when ordering. The power of the pump should be calculated based on the parameters of water to meet the needs of water transportation.
① In the production of chemical and petroleum sectors, most of the raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are liquids, and the production of semi-finished and finished raw materials into semi-finished products and finished products needs to go through complex technological processes. During these processes, pumps play a role in transporting liquids and providing pressure flow for chemical reactions. In addition, in many installations, pumps are used to adjust the temperature.
② In agricultural production, pumps are the main irrigation and drainage machinery. my country's rural areas are vast, and a large number of pumps are needed in rural areas every year. Generally speaking, agricultural pumps account for more than half of the total output of pumps.Pumps are also the most used equipment in the mining and metallurgical industries. The mine needs to be drained by pumps, and in the process of beneficiation, smelting and rolling, pumps are needed to supply water.
③ In the power sector, nuclear power plants need nuclear main pumps, secondary pumps, and tertiary pumps, and thermal power plants need a large number of boiler feed pumps, condensate pumps, oil and gas mixing pumps, circulating pumps, and ash pumps.
④ In national defense construction, the adjustment of aircraft flaps, tail rudders and landing gear, the rotation of warships and tank turrets, and the ups and downs of submarines all require pumps. High pressure and radioactive liquid, and some also require the pump without any leakage.
⑤ In short, whether it is aircraft, rockets, tanks, submarines, drilling, mining, trains, ships, or everyday life, pumps are needed everywhere, and pumps are running everywhere. That's why the pump is listed as a general-purpose machine, which is a major product in the machinery industry.
⑥ Electric pumps, i.e. pumps driven by electricity. The electric pump is composed of a pump body, a water lift pipe, a pump base, a submersible motor (including cables) and a starting protection de
